Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At Winfluency, we strive to provide exceptional website development and branding services. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your project or request a refund. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds.

2. Project Cancellation

2.1 Client-Initiated Cancellations:

  • Before Project Commencement: If you choose to cancel your project before any work has begun, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.
  • During Project: If you decide to cancel the project after it has commenced, a refund will be issued based on the amount of work completed up to the point of cancellation. This will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, and any advance payments may be adjusted accordingly.

2.2 Company-Initiated Cancellations:

  • Winfluency reserves the right to cancel a project at any stage due to unforeseen circumstances or non-cooperation from the client (e.g., failure to provide necessary information, materials, or approvals). In such cases, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds are only available for services that have been canceled as outlined in Section 2. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to sumant@winfluency.co.
  • Refunds are not applicable for completed and delivered services unless they are found to be defective or not as agreed upon in the project scope.

3.2 Non-Refundable Services:

  • Domain name registration fees, hosting fees, third-party software, and any other third-party services purchased on behalf of the client are non-refundable.
  • Payments for design and branding services are non-refundable once the final files have been delivered.

3.3 Refund Processing:

  • All eligible refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the approval of the refund request.
  • Refunds will be made using the same method of payment as the original transaction unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. Amendments to the Policy

Winfluency reserves the right to amend this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review the policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.
